What You’ll Be Doing
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll support the execution of our influencer and creator marketing efforts, helping bring our brand story to life through authentic partnerships and engaging content. You’ll assist in identifying, coordinating, and managing influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, spark audience engagement, and support broader marketing initiatives with the goal of educating and entertaining.
This position is hybrid and is based in Los Angeles, California. This position will report directly to the Influencer Marketing Manager and work closely to help support the execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
This position requires clear follow through, excellent communication skills, and a passion for beauty and skincare.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage and clean house within key influencer marketing databases like Tribe Dynamics
- Compile and analyze influencer performance data and campaign metrics
- Assist the Influencer Marketing Manager in executing VIP influencer gifting strategy (packing mailers, organizing special one-off gifts, shipping out boxes, etc.)
- Manage product seeding logistics, including gifting, shipping, and tracking deliveries
- Research and source new influencer partners aligned with brand goals and campaigns
- In particular, identify promising Gen Z and Gen Alpha creators that align with Tower 28’s brand mission and identity
- Track influencer posts, stories, and coverage for live campaigns, events, and gifting initiatives
- Support influencer event logistics and planning
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and community events, such as fitness partnerships and other pop ups
- Support the creation of influencer briefs and communication materials

Who You Are
- Current junior or senior year undergraduate student studying marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- The ideal candidate has a background in influencer marketing on TikTok, and has a passion for finding the perfect influencers to represent a brand
- Thoroughly engaged with TikTok and familiar with trending sounds, hashtags, etc
- Strong understanding of beauty and skincare creator landscape, with an eye for GenZ and Gen Alpha talent
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A positive + motivated individual that gets energy from a fast-paced startup environment
- A highly detail-oriented taskmaster who loves a good checklist + challenge
- Loves to collaborate with others and have strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for clean beauty, inclusivity, and sustainable practices
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and open to being hybrid (we’re 3 days a week in office for now!).
- Internship dates may be flexible but should be available for a minimum of 8 weeks between the end of May and August

- Paid $20 per hour
