Account Executive Dallas
Who We Are
Tower 28 is building a world where beauty is accessible, inclusive, and sensitive. We want to push the boundaries of what beauty should be: a mix of high quality, high standards, and high levels of fun. We want to be a beauty big sister, who knows what’s right (clean, non-toxic, vegan, cruelty-free) but also knows how to have a good time (clean beauty doesn’t have to be so serious!).

Tower 28 Beauty is seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales & Education Account Executive to represent our brand in the Central US region. This position is ideal for someone excited to merge beauty education and retail sales. You will be the face of Tower 28 across key Sephora locations, primarily in Dallas, with periodic visits to Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Remote travel expectation is approximately 25%, with occasional peak periods that may require up to 50% travel. We aim to plan travel thoughtfully to support both the business and team wellbeing.
