SALES & EDUCATION COORDINATOR

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Education Coordinator you will be responsible for training in-store associates and inspiring Tower 28 customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners as well as engage with customers and other brand partners. You will successfully plan and execute in-store events, while delivering weekly and monthly sales targets. You’ll approach your business with KAIZEN – a mindset of always making small, ongoing positive changes to improve your strategy.

The Sales & Education Coordinator role is part of the field sales team, reporting directly to our Central Senior Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager (depending on location). In order to be considered, candidates must live in one of the following territories:

East: Boston, Toronto, NYC, NJ, Miami, Central FL, South FL 

West: Seattle, North LA, West LA, Orange County, San Diego

Central: Chicago, Dallas

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Tower 28 sales targets & increase brand awareness in multiple Sephora retail locations within an assigned territory.

Deliver best-in-class client care.

Create a call cycle that supports specific needs by door, while always being ready to course correct to ensure productivity.

Create opportunities to deliver on the floor, backstage, and cluster brand trainings. Assist with or conduct elevated brand trainings when needed.

Track sales and training performance. Communicate any opportunities to your manager and collaborate to create a solution-based plan.

Partner with direct manager to create, plan, & execute successful retail events across multiple doors in an assigned market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key leadership in store. Leverage those relationships to ensure Tower 28 stays top of mind with our retail partners.

Make sure we are always looking our best in store! Cleaning shelves, stocking, and maintaining all brand merchandising will be on your daily to-do list.

Manage and communicate any stock or merchandising opportunities to the in-store team and, if necessary, your direct manager.

Who You Are: Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience as Cosmetic Account Coordinator or an elevated role at Sephora.
  • Strong Sephora background with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Commitment to work a flexible retail schedule – days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Transportation with the ability to travel daily, within an assigned market.
  • Experience planning, leading, and executing successful in-store events.  
  • Comfortable using basic technology and possess a smartphone.
  • Available full time (40 hours a week) and be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day).
  • Although rare, must have the ability to support other markets - resulting in a possible overnight stay.
